The house is situated in the beautiful village of Baldramsdorf between the river Drau in the valley and the Sportberg Goldeck Mountain. Friendly and warm hearted people live in our community. The members of our community are very welcoming and participate keenly in local village life.

It is worthwhile discovering the lovely countryside with the Goldbrunn Pond, the recently developed Gendorfer fishing pool (specially constructed for fishing), the craft museum boasting a large Chinese exhibition, the historical ruins Ortenburg and the panoramic meadows surrounding the Marhube and the Lampersberg Mountain. All these sites are worth a visit! You can reach the Sportberg Goldeck Mountain gondola lift in a few minutes. It will take you to vast hiking areas with breathtaking, far reaching views. Those of you who adore winter sports will also love it here.
From this central location in the most beautiful spot you can drive to several lakes, mountains for hiking, the artistic town of Gmünd with its ancient castle and the district capital “Spittal an der Drau” in just a few minutes. In the district capital Spittal an der Drau you can visit the impressive Renaissance palace Porcia with its park and children's playground and the local shopping area.
